This book shows the author's various residences she has restored and curated over her lifetime.If you like Boho, vintage, monochrome decor, you will love it. She tells her story throught her decor and it is compelling to see the beautiful vintage and antique finds she has collected over the years. Nice book.

This book should be titled "The Unmade Bed." Every photo of a bedroom shows the bed unmade, rumpled, and generally the sad result of a slovenly owner. If you like the lazy look, you will appreciate the ripped armchairs, their stuffing spewing out, and the wonky, carelessly slip-covered sofas. And if you like curled, unframed paintings and drawings tacked haphazardly onto the walls, this book is for you. Oh, and if you savor living with a severe monochromatic color scheme of browns, blacks, and beiges, you will be in heaven. In short, this book is a celebration of careless and shoddy shabby chic, on steroids. Enjoy!
