Q: I have 28" waist and 37" hips, is largw big enough?

I am a 30 in waist and 35 in hips and the medium fit me the best. If you have a pretty big butt I would recommend a large, but the waist will definitely fit a large. Hopefully that helps.

Q: I am 5’8” 135lbs and an in shape body (not rock solid or anything) should I get s or m?

I'm 5'2", 100 lbs and a small fit me perfectly. So maybe a medium?

Q: Is it possible to order this product in a size XXL?
