OH BOY ARE THESE PLOWS TOUGH
I installed the Warn ProVantage #107684 ATV mount, 92100 push tube, 60" #78960 plow blade, and 101030 VRX-35S winch w/synthetic rope. I'm plowing snow in the interior of Alaska, where the high winds and cold turn snow into what the locals call "concrete" (I call it "snowcrete") that's often so hard that even huge moose can walk on it.I've been beating the heck out of it, often spinning the Polaris 570 Sportsman ATV like a top, as it bites the snowcrete. NOTHING has been damaged or bent. Wow.AND Warn's customer service is to kill for. When I needed a part to make a bucket mod (I decided to set up a separate 50" bucket for quick changes, but I had purchased the 60" bucket - then realized the 50" bucket #84133 would be better) , they got it sent out to me FAST!PLUS when studying what to get Cydnee/Warn Customer Service gave me expert and timely info!!!I am very pleased with Warm. Such high quality companies that put customers over profits are, unfortunately, too rare.

Great plow and simple to attach and use.
Heavy duty snow busting power. This thing is huge and you may need it for where you live. This is the second Warn plow i have purchased, one stays at my camp, this one will be at my house. I have used the Warn set up for a few years now, and it can't get much easier to use. The only thing you need to replace is s***ty plastic piece that winch rope/cable goes through. I have no idea why it would come with plastic.... But you will find installation very simple, the blade and mount come with directions, the push tube will not. All parts you will need will come with a part of the kit (blade, push tube, mount). Also look at Warns website to see if this fits your quad. Amazon says this wont fit my 2016 Polaris Sportsman. This picture says otherwise. The one thing i would recommend is getting extra lighting for the plow, which the top of the blade is already pre-drilled, so you can mount a light bar to. Anyways my old warn kit is a few years old, and does its job well I will continue to buy as long as their winches quality stays the same.

Pulley broken the first time it was used otherwise it's a good tool
Overall installation is OK, the only thing why I dropped a star is the plastic pulley broke during the first use. I plan to hunt around on YouTube to figure out a better/stronger solution.

If you're thinking about a ProVantage plow, READ THIS FIRST.
Finding the right parts can be pretty confusing, so allow me to explain the ProVantage System. The entire plow consists of four parts:1. Vehicle-specific mount kit (One of many part numbers. Check [...] to find the one for your particular vehicle.)2. Push tube assembly (P/N 92100 or 78100; depending on which type of mounting kit you use)3. A Plow blade (P/N 78950, 78954, 78960, 80954, or 80960; two different styles (straight blade and tapered), three different widths (50", 54", 60")4. Lift (usually a winch w/ roller fairlead. Alternatively, Warn P/N 84600 is a dedicated lifter)For #1 and #2, there are two basic types: Center Mount and Front Mount. Most vehicles have a center-mount kit available, many have a front-mount kit. If you have the front-mount kit available, I would recommend it, as it allows the plow to lift higher. I've found that it lifts high enough that I can reach over the front rack and turn the plow without leaving my ATV.*** If you select a front mount kit, you need to select the front-mount push tube assembly, P/N 92100*** If you select a center mount kit, you need to select the center-mount push tube assembly, P/N 78100#3 is self explanatory, select from one of 5 blade options.#4, If you're buying and installing a winch along with the rest of the components, make sure you read the instructions for the front mount. On mine, parts of the front mount kit replace a couple components on the winch mount kit, so right after you finish installing the winch mount, you've got to take it apart to install the plow mount. Because of this, I strongly recommend buying a WARN winch mount, regardless of what winch you put in it. Warn winch mounts should be compatible with Warn plow mounts.Any decent ROLLER fairlead will work. DO NOT USE A HAWSE-STYLE FAIRLEAD. In addition to their regular fairleads (which will work acceptably) Warn sells a roller fairlead specifically designed for plowing, P/N 69373. This fairlead has a very large bottom roller to reduce the tightness of the bend and extend winch cable life. Warn also sells a 8' synthetic plow lift rope (P/N 68560) to save wear and tear on your regular winch cable.I recommend a fast winch - you'll be raising and lowering dozens of times while plowing. Make sure you mount your winch control in a convenient location - you don't want to have to reach for it each time. There are a few useful options available:1. Power Pivot (P/N 79360) - Electric motor rotates the plow blade. If you're doing a lot of plowing, this might be useful.2. Bucket Loader Conversion (P/N 83133, 84133, or 85133, depending on blade width) - converts a regular plow blade into a bucket loader for handling loose material (sand, gravel, topsoil, mulch, etc.)There are a few hangups you'll have in certain situations. For instance, if you want to use an assembled plow on two different model ATVs, it may or may not work. The vehicle-specific mounting kit contains two "tabs" that bolt on to the push tube and allow it to quickly attach to the mount. The tabs for one model may or may not be the same height or spacing as tabs for another model. If you're trying to have two plows for one ATV (one regular plow and one with the "bucket" conversion) you'll be missing a set of the aforementioned "tabs" for the second plow, and you'll need to contact WARN to obtain a second set. They've been sending them out for free, but contact them first to confirm.Once you've got all the correct parts, assembly SHOULD be fairly straightforward. Unfortunately, you'll be reading from 3-5 different assembly manuals simultaneously, one for each of the parts you purchased, so it can be a little confusing. This is my only real gripe with the whole kit so far.

great addition to my machine!
I bought this kit for my 06 sportsman 500HO. I installed it in a couple of hours with standard tools nothing too crazy, but the directions do pretty much suck. It was kind of like following a picture to build something. I had some difficulty because my ATV had been rolled by its previous owner and bent some of the frames, so that was fun to figure out. Overall the install would have taken me half the time if everything was correct on my machine from the start. Putting the plow on the machine and taking it off is about a 5-minute job which I love. no crawling under the machine, just pull up to the plow, but the receiver in position, two pins in place, winch cable in place and you are good to go!

Solid build and great quality.
This mount works amazing on a 2009 Kawasaki Brute Force 750, easy to mount and easy to remove, no need to crawl under the ATV as everything is easily accessed at the front. Also easy to adjust the plow from left to right or various positions in between. The front mount also puts more downward force on the blade due to the downward angle which seems to help it dig down to the pavement.

Went together nicely and looks well built
Went together nicely and looks well built.i used just time so far and I will be experimenting with the winch hook up. I bought the pulley kit and for the money I returned it because it was a small diameter pulley and where it was supposed to mount I would of had grind off a bolt in order to mount it. The hook up that came with this looks cheap and hooky and instead I bought a pulley and mounted it my self. But the blade moves up and very fast so I want to slow the blade down a bit. The blade can be lifted about 20 inches in the air which is nice. Just a little bit of tweaking and will be great.

Front mount base works well with bucket conversion kit
Front mounted base allows for blade/bucket to be lifted high for maximum clearance.Overall well engineered.

Satisfied customer
I've owned a few plows now and the Warn is by far the best. Well engineered, very well constructed. The only negative is the cost. But sometimes you get what you pay for.Comparing the front mount to the mid mount now that I've had both, I would take the front mount every time. The plow is smaller to store when not in use. Attaching the plow is easier. And most importantly, the improved clearance under the ATV when the plow is attached has been great.
