I bought this liquid rubber because the roof of my shed was leaking, and I deliberately waited for a good rain before writing my review. I’m glad I did because now I can say it actually worked, the shed is dry!I had a contractor apply it for me, so I asked him specifically what he thought of the product rather than guessing about the application myself. He said it had a good consistency and was easy to apply either thick or thin depending on what he needed.Once it was applied and had time to dry, all I could do was wait for some real weather to put it to the test. We’ve now had rain, and I checked inside the shed where It had leaked previously, Everything is dry.That’s exactly what I bought this product to accomplish, so I’m extremely happy with the result. I can’t comment on long-term durability yet, but based on the application and its first real rain test, it’s doing exactly what I hoped it would.
