It's a great replacement of original ... One good thing is that the connector is attached and so there will never be a vacuum issue that you generally get in Medela where you have to really tighten the shield and connector... However as this is a connected , might be lil challenging in putting under hands free bras.. I have sensitive skin and it irritated my skin but so Medela 's regular shields ...If you are able to tolerate regular Medela , this would work as well... I would recommend this product if you can tolerate..Also if you continue to get blocked ducts or not emptying enough try pumping pal ..works ok for me and more comfortable.

After seeing many pictures of how a breastshield is supposed to fit, I thought I was supposed to get a larger size. Pictures are very misleading! Ladies, buy the breastshield according to the size of your nipples, not the size of your breasts or areola! I now wear a 38G (after giving birth to twins) and needed the smallest size breastshield available. I noticed my supply took a huge hit when I used breast shields larger than standard.. Then tried the smallest size (one size smaller than standard) and my supply over doubled. I went from 2-4oz a session to 6-8oz per pump session..These are very well made and work great, but will do you no good unless you get the correct size!! Also, for those of you pumping because your baby won't nurse- check out nipple shields!

These are excellent quality replacements and at a much better price than the official Medela parts. We ordered these after accidentally leaving our originals in a sterilizer bag in the microwave of a vacation rental (doh!). We were apprehensive at first about the new design that doesn't allow the funnel part to detach, but those fears were unfounded. This newer one-piece design is easy to clean and has fewer parts to keep track of. Works great with our Medela pump with no issues. This is our second purchase from this company and we've continued to be impressed...we also have the adapters that allow you to pump straight into a Philips Avent bottle.

Works great with my Medela pump in style. I use a hands free brw, these peices are 2 pieces together compared to the original pieces with my medela pump. But for half the price as medela....I'll deal with the 5 extra seconds it takes to hook it up. Some of the thredding also takes a try or two to match up the containers to catch milk. Liked the price so much, ordered myself a second set a dat after receiving the first set!

These are great! The only reason I gave it a four star review is because they need to have the sizes labeled on them. I have been working towards the right size (which btw your nipples usually start out a lot larger in the beginning so as I'm going back to normal I'm needing the smallest size). Anyway the two smaller sizes look almost identical so it's hard to tell just by looking which is the smaller size (especially when you're exhausted). So that's the only suggestion I have.
