Colgate Optic White Whitening Mouthwash, Icy Mint, 8 Fl Oz (Pack of 6)

This is the best mouthwash for freshening your breath and whitening your teeth. Swish for a solid minute, gargle before you spit, and don't rinse with water for 2 to 3 minutes. That's what I do and it is a bit time consuming but it is the only mouthwash I have noticed whiten my teeth and keep my breath fresh for longer. Also a little goes a long way too, just fill to the line provided! No it doesn't taste amazing, but that it because Colgate decided to make mouthwash that worked rather than tasted good. Tilt your head forward while swishing to avoid some of the contact with your tongue!

I like a good fresh rinse. This fits the bill plus does help to whiten your teeth, especially in between the teeth. I noticed results right away and my teeth were already in good shape. I use this with the newest Optic White toothpaste, and I am so pleased.

This is a great product I buy it on a regular basis. It whitens & brightens teeth.

I used this twice and developed sores and red streaks on my gums. Glad it works for some, but definitely did not work for me.
