We purchased 5 Vanity Art pieces for our two bathrooms being remodeled: three of the VA4033 sink-compatible sections and two of the VA4012-1 single-drawer sections, all in Brown. Shipping was prompt, with the kits arriving well before the predicted delivery date. The product itself is surprisingly good quality for the price; no particle board at all, and solid hardware with soft-close hinges and drawer slides. However, the wood is very soft so you do have to be careful with it.Other reviewers are correct about the minimal assembly instructions. In addition, pilot holes for screws were not present everywhere they were needed, and in some cases the pilot holes were misaligned. Woodworking experience helped us figure out the unclear steps, so we're not docking any stars for this; some buyers may want to consider getting help in this area, though.The customer service experience with Vanity Art has been excellent. The face frame on one of our 33" cabinets arrived with some visible damage, and Quinn very quickly responded to the photos in our inquiry with an offer to ship a replacement. We also had a problem with the color of the two 12" pieces not matching the color of the 33" pieces, which would have been a problem in the room that needed 12+33+12 to form a complete vanity. Turns out we caught the tail end of a previous factory run in which those were a darker "Espresso" color than the current "Brown." Again with superior responsiveness, Quinn went above and beyond to correct the problem.All in all, we are happy with the product, its quality, its price, and the customer service. We would not hesitate to buy again if we needed more, and we recommend them to anyone else looking for good quality at a reasonable price.

I purchased the 15" Bathroom vanity and just like the other reviewers said; the box was in shambles when it arrived and the instructions were very vague with tiny print. One other problem I had was trying to install the corner brackets with the little, tiny screws. That was so challenging that I used a few, in key places and scrapped the rest. I decided to mark the holes and pre-drill them, (being careful not to drill too deep), using the bracket as a guide and even then the screws would sometimes go 1/2 to 3/4 of the way in and strip. Then came the rails. I figured out that you have to remove the plastic brackets on the ends and install them first, then add the rails but when came to the locking mechanisms that attach to the drawer bottoms, it was like doing trigonometry. Thank God for the other reviewer that showed pics of how to install them. I wish I had read the part about the screws possibly coming through the drawer bottoms though, because that's exactly what happened. all in all, the cabinet looks great and is quality constructed.

We purchased two of these mainly because we could get a right offset and a left offset of the same style/color. The gentleman than installed it also put it together and he said he would NEVER do it again and he is a licensed contractor.. He threw the screws, etc. away and got more substantial/ longer ones from the hardware store. His comment was that it wouldn't have stayed together with the hardware provided. It basically came with no real instructions on assembly. The boxes came pretty substantially mangled but surprisingly there were just a couple of dings on them all of which were not visible once assembled. We are pleased with the finished product and think it is a good value for the money.

We are very pleased so far with this vanity. The drawers are a bit stiff, but overall, high qualitly. I do agree the instructions are a bit vague, but overall relatively easy for an average DIY'er.

I love this vanity. Finding a left hand drawer vanity proved hard enough. My problem is when the vanity arrived it only had some hardware for 1 of the drawers and no hardware for the second drawer. I reached out to the seller and included pictures of what I had and asked for instructions as the drawer sliders are not that user intuitive. A few weeks later I received hardware for the second drawer. No instructions and I realized the hardware for the drawer I did have was missing some parts still. Hoping and waiting again to get all the hardware. Now to figure out how to hook up these drawer sliders...

Soooo beat up. Thought we could save a bit vs going custom but not worth it at all!!
