For Color Transfer, It Works Perfectly!!
I used this product for the first time to remove blue dye transfer from a pair of jeans that stained my white hoodie in the washing machine. At first, I was honestly very impressed because the stains disappeared almost immediately in the hot water solution. However, when I took the hoodie out of the bucket and started rinsing it with cold water, the blue color came back instantly and the hoodie looked stained all over again. I had to repeat the whole process using a second box of the product. The second time, instead of rinsing with cold water, I used warm water first. Some light blue areas still tried to come back during rinsing, so I placed the wet hoodie back into the same solution again, and the stains disappeared once more. After that, I rinsed carefully with warm water, then washed the hoodie in the washing machine with regular detergent and fabric softener. In the end, the hoodie came out looking clean again and the product really saved it. The only downside for me is that the product has a pretty strong smell, and even after washing the hoodie, I can still notice it a little bit. Hopefully it will disappear after another wash. Overall, the product worked very well and saved a white hoodie that I thought was ruined.

Horrible. Garments Worse After Treatment.
One star is not low enough. Out of desperation to fix a sentimental set of pajamas, I had to try this product. My child had a red, white and blue patterned pajamas that were thrown into the wash by accident with a red table cloth. The red table cloth bled, and pinked all the white parts of the pajamas. I tried all oxy products and stain fighter detergents to no results. Tried this product as directed with test spots, seemingly ok. Clothes didn't appear to be colorfast after spot testing, and especially after getting washed at least 20 times before without bleeding I thought I was in the clear. Started to wash with this product and at first there was no change, but then it started to activate. The reds on parts of the shirt bled out and left a mustard brown color. The deep blues were nearly wiped out like acid was jeans. Some parts of the shirt seemed un-phased. In an attempt to stop the product from making things worse, I tried to rinse asap but the damage was done, it continued to bleed for another 10 minutes afterwards. There was no stopping the reaction. Ironically, the pinks I intended to remove are still just as pink with no result. This product worked hard to remove the existing colors that it was not supposed to work on, but not the pink bleed it was intended for. Any chance of saving these pajamas are now completely out of the question, I should've left them alone with the pink bleed. To be honest, I don't know how some people made out good with their results. This product failed miserably. My only advice is only attempt this on a garment you're willing to part with if it doesn't work.

Fantastic product, worked like a miracle.
This product is a miracle. Have a vintage t-shirt that had blue bleed all over it, front, back, down the sleeves, even over the art work. I was going to toss it out, but decided to do a little research first. Found this product, simple to use, just dissolve the powder in hot water, put garment in, swish it around a little for just 2 minutes. I was shocked when I took it out, every bit of the blue bleed was gone, the shirt looked brand new, bright white, printed colors stayed bright. I don't know how all that happened in 2 minutes but it did everything it said it would and more.

AMAZING
This worked ! I accidentally washed 2 white shirts in with the colors and a red shirt bled all over the shirts . I followed instructions and it lifted the color out ! My shirts are perfect ! I am so pleased with this product !

Not very effective
I was hoping to remove some blue dye from a blanket I accidentally washed with new jeans. Carbona was highly recommended by friends. Unfortunately, Carbona did not work at all.

Worked, but also didn’t.
I bought this after I thrifted some jeans that I didn’t realized had been dyed. When I washed them with a load of laundry, the dye got on everything. This took the dye out of some of the garments, but not all. It also faded the color on a few shirts. I didn’t worry about doing a dye test, because I knew the shirts were ruined either way, but if it’s something you care about, I would be more careful. It smells pretty terrible, but is easy to use if you just follow the instructions. Definitely worth giving it a shot, but it’s no guarantee that it will fix your mishap!

A clothing saver
It works it really works! I made the mistake of washing something together with other clothing. I should not have done that. I was almost devastated when I pulled my clothes out of the washer and saw the staining, but one pack of this is all it took and four of the shirts that were affected look brand new again.

Didn’t work at ALL
Unfortunately my high hopes were dashed. The product did not do anything. Maybe you get what you pay for or maybe it just doesn’t work. Either sway I still have the bled stains and I guess they are set in now. Unfortunately. I don’t recommend the product because it simply did not work for me. The jacket was wet after being washed and in my haste I laid on top of some new sweat pants. The black from the pants bled onto the jacket. The stains were not removed. I even tried the white vinegar.

Not very effective. Nowhere near as good as Dylan’s version of which I had an old packet. Expensive and ineffective sadly

Useless product - false promises
Useless product. It decolored my entire pink dress (some areas were pink and other half turned brown). Tried on 3 different dresses and all got decolored instead of removing the stain. Best thing - you can't return the product and your dress is also gone!

Works 1% time
Researched a lot before purchasing. Did the patch test, Followed instructions. Result? Ruined two of my favorite dresses. Conclusion: Seems to be best for taking pink that has ran from red into whites. Terrible with everything else. Bleached an orange into a yellow and blues barely shifted, so didn't get rid of the blue run off from a black garment. Advice? Only risk with pink bleed off and with something you don't care if it is ruined. Also, forget the patch test. Useless. Dunk it for mere seconds if you have used a concentrated dose and immediately rinse in freezing water over and over and then toss in washing machine with cold water rinse.-- Wish I had tried other methods first. Hope this prevents the ruination of one of your favorites.
