The best way to take melatonin
I’ve used other forms and brands of melatonin and these are my favorite. Tabs are usually either chalky or they blend in with my other meds as non-descript white pills. I don’t like gummy supplements at all. These soft gels are perfect because I know just by looking at my handful of nighttime meds that they are in there. There is no after taste and they don’t upset my stomach. I get to sleep fast and stay asleep all night. I just hope I will always be able to find these.

I have been using another product for some time and pleased, but in searching for a reorder, I came across this product and decided to try. I am using 10mg and sleeping very well. The former product was working at 20mg and not sleeping as well. I highly recommend this product. And at 50% less pricing.

These are really good! I usually take two melatonin to go to sleep. So I feel like I go through it quickly. And whenever I need more, I try a different brand just to see. And these worked really great for me! I slept right through the night.
