These provide a good alternative to the oversized calcium pills that I’ve taken in the past. The taste is pleasant and they easily melt on my tongue.

Love these. Nice flavor and ez melt as they say. Not sure how good the quality is of the substances but I do like them. We will see when I get the results of my next blood draw back if my Vit. D and calcium are up.

Easy to dissolve, good taste, good price but dont take it during day cause sleepiness. Take it at night.
