CHL-750XL Under Sink Drinking Water Chiller

Do not buy this chiller. I gave Chiller Daddy three opportunities with three different chillers, and all three failed. Each unit caused leaking issues that flooded my kitchen and parts of my house. This last unit lasted a little longer — about three months — while the previous two started having problems in less than a month. Now they are giving me excuses to avoid accepting the return of the chiller. Based on my experience, I will not buy from Chiller Daddy again. In my opinion, the product quality is very poor.

We have installed many of these chillers. We have had numerous that failed (leaked) within the first year and some that did not keep the water cold. They typically last less than 5 years.

like it happened to other buyers ,the tank broke in less than 2 months .Flooded the kitchen ,asked to send backat my expense and time & without any explanation just credited my. account , & THE CHILLER IS NO LONGER AAILABLE ,I wonder why ? Stay way from this company !!

Installed one of these in our new kitchen 5 yrs ago. The cooling capability progressively deteriorated at about year 1...(surprise...that's when the standard warranty ends). Unit began running nearly constantly and after about 2 years was not cooling at all. Luckily I purchased with extended warranty coverage and got a replacement...2 years later with the replacement unit and it behaved the same way as original. Do Not Buy unless you have extended warranty coverage and expect to replace every 2 years...forever. Clearly not a product designed for extended reliable household performance.
