Sony ACCTRBX Battery Charger, Battery and USB Cable (Black)

Okay, it's a charger that can quick-charge most of the new generation of Sony batteries. It has a USB cord to charge via USB, or a nice fold out plug to simply plug into a wall outlet. And, this great fairly compact little charger comes with an extra "X" battery which this little gizmo charges fully in under two hours. All quality items. All original SONY brand manufacture, NOT a knock-off. The best part? The price! Get a great charger, USB cable, and and extra battery for just $10-$15 more than buying the battery alone. There is a reason this item is in such high demand. Great product, fantastic price. A must have accessory.

Compact and easy-to-use battery charger with worldwide usage capabilities (works with voltages from 100V to 240V - you just need the adapter plug for the country you're in). Able to charge a single battery as well as the battery already in the camera at the same time (using the included USB cable). Kit includes a NP-BX1 battery as a bonus. This is the charger I wish had been included with my camera purchase.

This wall charger works very well, but is a lot bulkier than I expected it to be - so much so that we leave it in a drawer at home for routine recharging, and we bring the original camera charger on trips since its a lot more compact, even if it only charges the battery when its inside the camera.

This is a great charger for the compatible Sony batteries used in most of their cameras.The only issue I have is most of the cameras that use this battery are of the higher end of their line so I would expect an actual wall charger to be in there, but that's beside the point as this is a review of the charger itself.I do like that it comes with an optional usb charge so you could technically charge both the device (with battery inside) and another battery.This is a no brainer accessory if you need a wall charger and spare battery. I think Sony charges almost the same for a battery alone.

I purchased the Sony travel charger and it had a factory defect and replaced it with this. The battery fit isn't the best but overall I personally think this is the better choice if your on the fence. The ability to charge another device at a decent rate, the included usb cable and the fact its ac and charges the battery much faster makes me glad that I know have this charger. On top of that, it features a multi stage indicator light and lamp light that help you gauge charge status and malfunction and ill placement of the battery.

Does the job for my new Sony camera. Recharges quickly with indicators as to the status of the charge. Compact enough to take on a trip. The USB cable is a plus if you want to charge your battery through your laptop. Am happy, and I'm hard to please.

This is exactly what I wanted. It's a great accessory for any Sony Camera using the "X" type lithium ion batteries. I have a Sony HX-400/V and the USB cable that came with it was just not long enough. This one comes with a "standard" length cable and is much more practical.The charger itself works great and charges batteries quickly.

This is really a poor product. It looks like Sony tried to make this one charger charge everything on the planet and my battery fits so loosely in the socket, that 90% of the time it doesn't touch the set of pins for this battery. It has to be positioned exactly right and takes a lot of work moving it from side to side to make contact. After you move it a bit, you have to wait 10 seconds to see if the light stays on and it charges. What a PITA!!!

This extra battery and charger extend the operating time of the camera. The charger charges batteries quickly and while one is being charged, the other can be used in photo taking. Very worthwhile purchase.
