Can both lights be controlled by just one of the remotes?

Both lights can be controlled by one remote. I kept one remote in reserve - did not activate the battery.

How does the memory function work? It does not turn on the last color after turning off and back on.

No, memory function, once you turn off and then back on automatically white. You have to set color each time you turn on.

Someone said it was white light not warm light, the title shows it was warm light. which one is true? I like warm yellow light better

This mini LED spotlight has been optimized and upgraded on the basis of the previous, and now the light color is 4000K natural light, warm light.

Can the bulbs be replaced?

Batteries. Yes. I dont know about bulbs, LED lights last very long.
