Definitely recommend! The product picture is what you get!
I was perplexed, not understanding what I was truly ordering. My original mask had held up for YEARS. Suddenly, the bottom had a tear in the "cushion." I found this product, but based on the Q and A from others, I could not figure out if it was just the soft plastic cushion part a/k/a the "seal" of the mask that would be arriving or if it was the hard plastic triangular shaped "mask" and the soft plastic "seal" a/k/a cushion as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find, what I consider, the full mask with seal/cushion attached and simply ready for install. Installing was a cinch. The picture of the product being advertised, as a whole, is what I received. I used it last night, and it was great. Comfortable, well-fitting (no leaks - I wear a SMALL if that matters to anyone). The packaging was a sealed bag with a perforated piece that you have to remove to get your product out. Brand-new, and smelled new. AND it arrived a day early! I hope this review helps others decide. I TRULY appreciated not having to go through the hassle of obtaining a "prescription." Afterall, I have the CPAP machine and all of the original parts...via a prescription. I should not need another prescription just to replace what I already had!

Worth every penny
My grandma's CPAP mask was letting out a lot of air (plastic losen with washes) I decided to buy her a replacement but didn't want to spend $75+ for "name brand" so ended up going with this replacement and she absolutely loves it! It looks exactly like the original, it's very comfortable to wear and most importantly she can now rest without the worries.
