Keeps food hot, just remember to preheat with boiling water prop to putting food in and then it works wonderfully

Excellent for cold weather or just making a hot lunch in advance
Love this food jar. Comes in so handy when I want a hot lunch but can’t guarantee what time I will get to take my break. Good for at least 4 hours.
