Get Ready For A Workout

If you want a serious workout this product is for you. I was seriously out of shape and on the lowest setting I struggled. I have moved up to the next setting and I am starting to feel a little stronger. This product is very sturdy and made well. I highly recommend this product.

Needs stronger metal arms

I was enjoying training with this apparatus. However in the third week when I was training biceps I bent the metal support handle. I liked this apparatus but I wished the metal arms were stronger.
