Major upgrade from a basic shoebox system. Seed packets used to be tossed into a box and required digging through every time something was needed. This completely changed that. This organizer stands out because it comes with 18 inner boxes that sit completely flush inside the case. Many other brands only offer 16 boxes, and those often stick up and don’t sit flat. The flush design allows papers or extra seed packets to be placed on top without the lid bowing or not closing properly. Each inner box has one tab on each end instead of a single tab in the middle like some other brands. This keeps the boxes closed more evenly and leaves a nice flat area for labeling. The included labels were skipped in favor of custom long labels, which fit perfectly and make it easy to create clear, organized categories. The boxes fit assorted seed packet sizes really well, making it easy to sort everything by category and see everything at once. No more digging through a shoebox. Planning and planting are much easier. If using a shoebox or random container for seeds, this is absolutely worth it.

I wondered what it would be like to move from those old photo albums to plastic cases and a suitcase like holder. The thing is, albums get musty and fall apart after time, and be honest - how often do you pull your albums out? We have labeled our cases, and now simply have to choose a small box (or the entire case) when heading over to family, we can easily look through family, wedding, baby pictures as they are in separate cases. Finally a solution to make it easy to share pictures that are in hard copy form. Highly recommend.

The hinges on the small and large boxes are both folded hinges, not pin and socked. While everything else about the boxes meet my expectations(size, acid free), I am concerned that the folding hinges will break sooner rather than later.

Worked for what I needed it for. I got it to store my seeds. There is plenty of room and the labels work just fine.

I bought this for my seeds.. I’m a hydroponic grower and I bought this to categorize my seeds into different varieties and this came with the perfect amount of individual containers to keep everything organized.. the boxes are sized perfect.. I can place visible labels on them helping to keep things in order.. The tabs help keep the lid closed.. the box itself is great quality.. I love the color as I didn’t want a transparent or colorful box.. this matches my style perfectly I have no cons other than it’s huge and I didn’t expect it to be this big but go big or go home right?

I'm having so much fun going through old photos. This storage box holds an amazing amount of them and I love being organized. Highly recommend.

Its ok for a picture storage box. The lid latches broke the day I got it so had to return. I was going to use it for seed storage and besides the latches, it is a decent storage case. The seller was quick to take action on my return. I probably would not buy another because of the latch design. If you are only using it occasionally, it will likely work for you. If you plant to open and close it a lot, you may have issues with the latches if you aren't careful.

There’s are sturdy and good but they are quite stiff to open

The storage boxes were exactly as I had hoped for which is always a bonus. My only thing that I didn't like was the amount of plastic wrapping that had to be put into landfill as we have stopped doing soft plastic recycling in Tasmania. The actual product itself was excellent though.

Simply put a 4x6” photo will not lay flat in the boxes. It is a fabulous idea, if only they had made the boxes a quarter inch bigger. Also the outside box should be solid not transparent so that the photos are protected from damage from exposure to light. Also, because the boxes are too small the photos will be permanently curled and have a little dent in them from being pushed against a couple of protrusions that are inside each little box. I would include a photo but I have already returned the item. I am disappointed because it is a good item idea. I ended up going with the cardboard box type photo holders and I am very happy with them after all. They do work quite well.
