Rit DyeMore Single Bottle 7 Oz. Synthetic Liquid Fiber Dye for Clothing, Décor, and Crafts – Apricot Orange

I actually picked this up for a bit of a different use than most, in order to dye Delrin yo-yos, and it worked incredibly well! I got the Orange and the Teal, and the colors came out bright, vibrant, and very even, and it's held up great after plenty of play. After a little experimenting, I found that using about 2-4 tablespoons of dye per 1.5 cups of water, along with a few drops of dish soap, the simmering just under a boil gave me excellent results without wasting dye or overpowering the color. Of course, your exact mix may vary depending on the shade you're after, but it was a great starting point for me. The dye mixed easily, took to the material well, and produced a really professional looking finish. I can definitely see why this product is so popular for synthetic materials. All in all, it provides great coverage for the size of the bottle, and excellent results, easily! I'd absolutely purchase again!

loving this product because of its easy instructions and amazing results. I only wanted a slight wash on my clothing so I hardly used any dye to achieve the result i wanted. I love this product and still have more to use on future products!

I should have ordered this originally as it is meant for synthetic fabrics. Works great!

The dye itself is great and it was really easy to use. Especially as a beginner, one issue I did have was how potent it is, I wish they had a warmer toned black but it was fine, it just made the dye job cooler toned that expected. It’s a great addition to the rit dye, especially since I had a polyester spandex blend and it doesn’t hold with regular dye, love that they’ve expanded their reach on fabrics and that I still have so much left. The dye itself is great for buildup use and I love how deep the color is even on previously dyed clothes. It didn’t stink or have that odd dye smell either. Although after a couple of washes the dress was still lighter than expected so the color isn’t really durable and it doesn’t fully “stick”. That was my only issue really

This is an excellent dye for synthetic material. I had a blond wig and wanted to change color to brown. In less than 1 minute it changed color. Just beautiful and after few minutes rinse in warm water it was all done.

Did not work to dye my synthetic fabrics even flow the instructions super careful or doubling the amount used. Just tinted the colors I was trying to cover up. Didn't black them

Not bad at all. The dye seems to work great on cotton-containing fabrics. Using a slightly diluted proportion (compared to the recommended one), I got to dye a T-shirt and a pair of shoes. They turned out pretty nice. No odor whatsoever and very easy to use. The only issue (which was totally my fault) is that the outer sole of my shoes came off due to the hot water bath. I didn’t think about this. But not a big issue. I just glued them back.

Followed instructions and it was very spotty not happy with this color, I have used blue and it was perfect.

Dyed four small outdoor ottoman cushions made of 100% polyester. The cushions had faded from a vibrant red to a faded pink colour on the sides exposed to the sun. Submersed the cushions in the simmering water/dye for about an hour stirring frequently. Rinsed in the washing machine on cold water/spin cycle and put them into the dryer for a half hour. They didn't turn out to be the original red colour but are very close. Look great. Very impressed with this product.

ちゃんと染まりましたが、色が薄かったので何度も染めるか長い時間をかける必要がありそうです。あと当たり前ですが、湿気がやばいです。夏場はやめたほうがいいかもしれないです…
