Great camera but no phone app
Great dash cam but there is not an app for this camera - if i want to check video i have to remove SD card and plug into my laptop - the other thing is after start up the screen goes dark and just shows the time and date - i guess some people prefer this but i like to see the front and rear video at all times so i know it is recording and working properly - there is a button on the bottom left i can push to wake up the screen to check the video then it goes dark after about 30 seconds - other than that this is a great well built camera - no issues after 6 months

compact and solid quality dash cams for its price range
I am pleasantly surprised by its compact size when I opened the box and delighted to see the solid build of both front and back cameras for its price range (I paid $54.99 + 32GB Samsung MicroSD card). Took me about 10 minutes to set up the first time since I did not bother to hide the power cable and connection cable from the rear cam, in case I don't like it or it has quality issues. I will try it for few days, if I like it I will then make the efforts to hide the cables behind the dashboard and side panels. There are many YouTube videos showing you how to do it. I initially used the suction cup on the front windshield, since some comments here stated that it may fall, so I wrapped the power cable around my rear-view mirror in case the suction cup does fall, the camera will not drop to the floor. Unfortunately during my test drive for an hour, it did fall off couple of times. So I changed to the adhesive mount instead. For the rear camera, the little adhesive pad just does not do its job, so I used the screws to fix it to the ceiling panel. I have an 8-seat 3-row SUV, the extension cable that's included in the package is long enough to cover the whole length from front to the back and still has some slack. Maybe your car is longer or you need to run the cable to the bottom license plate area, then you may need to order a longer cable extension. Powered it on and drove out for a test drive. I did not even need to format the 32 GB Class 10 SD-card and it started recording. The on-camera display can be toggled between front, rear and both on a split screen with different sizes. After a while I noticed the camera became really hot to the touch, so I turned on the screen saver mode (while still recording), this cools down the unit a bit, and let me focus on the road. Later when I got home I took the SD card out and inserted it to my PC card reader to view the videos (you can also take the entire front camera out and connect it with PC via the included USB cable). The front images are clear, the rear ones a bit blurry, but still OK as long as you don't try too hard to read their license plates. One more thing I see people here complaining is that the rear cam video image is mirror-reversed. This maybe a good or bad factor depending on how you view it. Your rear-view mirror is also giving you the exactly same reversed image, so the camera shows the same on its display. If it does not, it may confuse you since your brain has been trained to the rear-view mirror reverse images. Of course when you play the video on your computer, you see a reversed image and feel it's strange. Another issue is the 32 GB SD card is a bit small. I drove about 3 hours this Sunday and it's full. The front and back camera each writes a lot of large files to the storage, especially when you choose the highest resolution. Pro: price, quality, ease of installation Con: suction cup, 32 GB storage too small

The most bang for your buck
I bought one for my car. I've had it for a long time. It works the way it is supposed to, if you follow the instructions. Only problem is this: sometimes after leaving my car parked in the heat I return to find the dashcam has become detached from the windshield. In the same manner, a thin piece of plastic over the screen (not the screen protector used during deliver) came off of it probably because the glue melted.

The customer service is awful.
I purchased it for my car about 3 months ago. I have to park my car in the parking lot so many times, someone scratched my car several times already. I thought this dash cam will be helpful for my car security, and expected that will be good for driving time, too. I installed the front camera and rear camera, I followed the instruction thoroughly. But the front camera didn't work. It turned on and off endlessly. Also the suction cup was really bad. It always fell off with the camera and the wire was also drooped down. Almost every other day, I had to reattach the camera to the windshield again and again. I expected that the camera will work well during parking at the parking lot but the front camera didn't work well. I tried trouble shootings but finally, I had to remove the rear camera from my car. (Of course, the rear camera didn't turned on at all.) But after that, the front camera kept turning on and off endlessly and there's no difference. Every time I drive my car with the dash cam, I changed the setting one by one to find out what's wrong, and the connections, so I had to spend so many days. So I contacted to the seller. They sent me an trouble shooting instruction email. I tried them already, and I wanted to get the full refund. After I sent them the reply, until now there's no more reply or answer from the seller. I feel this is really unfair. I had to purchase other tools for securely hold the camera and I couldn't use it as I wanted to at all. I had to wasted precious my time for this dash cam. Now, it's been more than 30 days from the purchase date, so Amazon.com isn't responsible for this. But the seller is so irresponsible, and they ignore this issue. I want the full refund. I really upset and disappointed for the customer service.

Not a bad camera for the price
I have been using this camera for a few weeks now, and it has been working reasonably well. I do have 3 issues with it, though (which I have e-mailed support for, I will update once I receive a response). Of these only one is really an issue with the camera operation itself. 1) The cable between the camera body and the rear camera is too short for my vehicle (I have a 2012 Ford Escape). The documentation that came with the camera mentioned e-mailing support for an extension, which I have done. The cable that comes with the camera should be long enough for a smaller vehicle, but is a bit short for my SUV, an would likely be too short for a smaller SUV as well. 2) The power-points in my vehicle are always on, so the camera does not switch. The documentation mentions a 'hardwire' kit being available so it can be always on if using the parking monitor feature, in my e-mail to support I inquired about obtaining this cable assembly with the intention of using it to connect to a switched 12v power lead. 3) This is the only actual problem I am having. The front camera appears to have an auto-iris control. When the camera is oriented to pick up what is in front of the vehicle, the camera will flash between a bright 'light' image and a more normal 'dark' image during the day if the sky is bright. Night is fine. I played with the EV settings (exposure compensation), and have it as low as I can get it without making the image too dark. At the lowest setting, the flashing occurred (just not as much), however the image was too dark. In bright daylight, it might be passable. At night it was useless. This issue is the reason for loss of stars on the ratings. I have e-mailed support, and will update once I receive a response. Other than these three items, of which only the last is really a problem with the camera, I do like the camera. The images are clear (when viewed on a PC) both from the front and rear cameras. I have not yet wired in the reverse light connection, as I am waiting for the extension and hardwire power cables to arrive before doing that so I can dress all of the wiring into place at the same time.

Good quality for price
The camera itself is of good quality and the rearview camera is a nice option. The screen itself could be a bit bigger but is adequate. The picture resolution and quality are very nice and the anti-shaking feature works well. The suction cup mount would not hold but s tape mount is also included, and I hope that will hold better. Installation of the cameras is not easy and did not work well with the Prius. There are a lot of wires to tuck away and hide which requires some disablement of the car. A wireless version would be nice. The instructions on install are not very helpful. I had to google a video to get help. The red wire for the rear-view camera has to be attached to the brake lights and I am not car savvy enough to know how to disassemble the car to do this as well as hide all the wires. To get the cameras set up properly I will either have to hire someone or find volunteer their time and help. I do not have a SD Card, so I was not able to play with all the options but reading through the manual I like how there is sever recording options. In particular, I like the fact the camera can record for 24 hours whether the car is off or on. I also like the motion detection setting. If something happens to your car while you away these options can help track down the culprit.

Worked very well for 6 months, then stopped
Very clear image and easy to set up, and records well. Stopped recognising any SD card after 6 months, so essentially useless.

Easy to install
I am absolutely delighted with this dashcam! From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by its exceptional video quality, delivering a crystal-clear view both on the camera’s display and in the recorded footage. Even in low-light conditions, the clarity and detail remain outstanding, capturing every important moment with precision. Its performance is truly remarkable, especially considering its competitive price. This dashcam is a perfect example of how you don’t need to spend a fortune to get a high-quality, reliable device. The build quality is excellent, the setup is straightforward, and the user-friendly interface makes operation a breeze. I feel much more secure on the road knowing that I have a dependable dashcam recording my journeys. It’s a must-have for any driver, providing peace of mind in case of unexpected incidents. I’ve already recommended it to my family and friends, and they’ve been equally impressed! Another highlight is the post-purchase support from ORSKEY’s customer service—it has been absolutely outstanding! They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction, which is rare to find these days. This dashcam has exceeded all my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another ORSKEY product in the future. Highly recommended!
