Within just a single month of purchase, suddenly the pump itself stopped working. Technician visited and told me the same and even told me wherever such problems are coming in coolers, those all customers have purchased from Amazon only Will nt recommend anyone to buy large Appliances from Amazon due to their worst no return policy once the window closed. This cooler though offers IOT but it's most basic part like motor is not that strong to even support more than a month Pathetic and disappointing experience

Appearance looks good..Quality wise not that good...Screw fittings have to be developed a lot.

Mostly every thing is right as they say in description. But they must add trolley to it, if someone like to set it in outdoors through window,then u need a trolley,so that it's manage to high enough to throw air without disturb by wall. Editing after almost one year, now there is a problem in rotation of fan , after 3 to 4 hours when we close the fan, and playing again after some time it's slowing down to minimum or not rotating at all,and then slowly slowly move and then taking full speading in 5 minutes, I complained to service centre, they are delaying the process,saying need to change the prc, we are managing from Crompton, firstly they forgotten my complain because of winter coming on the way, now they are saying we repair it even it's warranty over on 21 March 2023. Editing now it's running after they change the motar of fan, first they wrongly diagnosised it's problem,then realising it's motar has to change .

Arrived broken from below. The castor wheels were already attached for some reason and the cooler was damaged during transport. Amazon's wonderful return policy stated that I had to ship it back. I ended up melting the plastic and sealing it from below but, not before I had to purchase another. The other was equally wonderful. Pump died in exactly a month. Took 14 days to replace after their service engineer told me that the model was fitted with an old pump from last year. And now the damn empty tank alarm won't stop flashing. In short, when it works cooling for a small - medium room is great but, mostly it doesn't work. Do not buy this.

I have faced issues on buy. But after repair by service center. It is working very well. Thank for supporting.

this crompton 65i cooler delivered to me on 17.04.2025. After one month of its purchased it has started cooling problem. On 20.05.2025 I made complaint to customer care center of Crompton company and next day they sent a technician to rectify problem but he could not resolve it and told me that a pars (PLC) will be changed by us within one week. As the product was in warranty period of 1 year but till that date now12 days have been passed but nothing done by company in this case even after making several calls and writing emails to customer care. Worse service provided by the company this time. I will never purchase crompton product now specially through on line mode. Technician he sent for repair was also not trained and skilled in his job and seems to be unaware about the technologies used in the product

Finishing quality is bad.... there are some scratches in machine... I don't know whether its a manufacturing mistake or Delivery mistake... And the mosquito cover has also a holes and it has a poor quality.... need to improve the proper product delivery without any damage or better choose flipkart....
