Unfortunately is the kind of book that encourages mental toughness by doing 100 abdominal crunches ... not entirely necessary to put that sort of pressure on the average overworked registrar! May suit you but really not going to work for me.

Started reading this and it is in depth. Like all books it cannot completely cover a topic but it is closer than most books
