Batter Didn't Stick!
I waited months for it because it kept being delayed and then Amazon cancelled for not available. I ordered it again at a sale price. Waited again for a month and it was also cancelled. Ordered it again at regular (40) price and finally got it. I have used it once to make sticky red lentil batter pancake breads, incredibly the batter did not stick. Just heated the pan on moderate flame until very hot, then poured on the batter and kept the flame medium/low, no sticking. That is exactlhy what I wanted. Light weight and sturdy, great long handle, highly recommend.

Wonderful Crêpe Pan!
I love this, it's likely the best crêpe pan for the money. Retired chef, I've tried a few, carbon steel & teflon style coatings, but love the size and performance of this pan the most. It releases beautifully. It being a crêpe pan, I treat it as such, as with my previous ones, and do not use it for searing or other wearing tasks which are better suited for workhorse cast iron pans and comals. Let a racehorse crêpe pan to do what it was bred to do and it performs flawlessly. Don't overheat it, it wipes clean, keep it out of the dishwasher. If you do manage to stick something to it, just use hot water. Never scrape it with anything.

Great for all sorts of Flatbreads, crepes!
I bought this crepe pan in Oct 2020. Since then I've used it everyday at least twice a day, sometimes more than that. Started with simple soap and warm water wash, wiped it and then started using it. I've used it initially on coils for first 8 months, always between medium-high heat and the same with gas stove. After I'm done using it, I always remove it from heat immediately on a colder side of the stove, thus avoiding unnecessary overheating. Another simple care is I never use water on it when it was hot. For cleaning it, simple tap water is best except when I used oil on it. For any oil cooking, normal dish soap and soft sponge was sufficient. I've cooked eggs, many sorts of flatbreads (used twice everyday for Indian flatbreads) and different types of crepes, pancakes, dosa and....many more! Never had any warping problem or any other problem. Great for both with and without oil cooking. I've never used it in oven so no idea about that. After putting it to rigorous use all these months, now my pan looks like this, little scratches and discoloration at some places. But it is working really fine, no issues with over heating or even heat distribution. If used reasonably with proper cleaning and with non-metal spatula, this pan is really really good! Might buy another one as a back up.

Perfect Crepes!
I just Love this Cuisinart 10-Inch Crepe Pan. I have made crepes for years and always wish I had a better pan or a crepe pan that is designed for crepes! Finally decided to try this Crepe Pan and so glad I did. The first crepes I made using this pan came out perfect, much better than any I had made previously on other types of pans. It maintains perfect heat throughout the pan which is a must and no issues whatsoever with sticking. The pan has a nice weight to it and the handle is perfect for holding onto and lifting. Overall, if you make crepes, you will want to try this pan. Highly recommend.

Amazing crepe pan... I'll even throw in a recipe!
This crepe pan is so amazing! No spreader needed; you only need a nylon spatula, if that! The crepe flips out of the pan with no tools required. I am pretty much a crepe novice, having only attempted them in an omelet pan before. This pan lets you cook like a pro with few skills required. I even cooked a steak on it, and the even heat distribution made it come out perfectly. I had some leftover thanksgiving items that I needed to use, and came up with Cherry Pecan Crepes. You will need: Whipped topping Cherry pecan filling: About 20 fresh or frozen sweet black cherries (you can use sour cherries, but will need to add more sugar) 1/4 cup sugar, or to taste 1/4 cup water 1/4 tsp corn starch @8 raw pecans, chopped Cook all ingredients until cherries pop and mixture resembles pie filling Crepe: 1 cup flour 2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbs melted butter In stand mixer, or hand mixer, blend flour and eggs til mixed. Add butter and salt while still mixing. Slowly add water and milk while mixing. Continue to mix til blended with no lumps. Heat pan on medium heat. Pour thin layer of batter into pan. Wait til small bubbles form in the middle of the crepe, then flip over. Cook til crepe is transparent and bubbles are stable (turn into tiny holes that don't breathe.) Flip crepe onto plate. Fill with cherry mixture and wrap like a burrito. Top with whipped topping, such as cool whip. Serve with bacon. Really amazing. Enjoy!

Bought for Eggs, Excels for Much More
Tiny kitchen here, but I bought this special pan for only eggs a couple of years ago. Then I read about an experiment by "experts" on best way to brown meat. Result was to use a non-stick pan. I started using it for browning meat for stews and pot roasts and for pan broiling steaks. I get outstanding results with less effort and no mess! The pan heats up well and is heavy enough to retain heat and brown fast. I've been careful not to abrade the surface. I wipe it out gently with with a soft paper towel and wash it by hand with a drop of detergent and my fingers. This takes less than a minute-- everything slides off. The pan is like new. This pan's versatility has made it essential in my kitchen.

Excellent, especially for the price
I needed a new breakfast pan and this one is, I think, perfect for eggs, omelettes, and pancakes -- which are super easy to flip because the sides of the pan are so low. The nonstick is good and while I know that some reviewers have said that the pan scratches easily, I haven't found that to be the case and I use metal spatulas. With care but they still are metal. I've only had the pan a month so I can't speak to how long it's going to last but I figure it can't be much less than the Scanpans I've been using for breakfasts for the past decade at least. They started needing to be replaced in about a year and a half -- and they're three times the price of this pan. So all, in all, I think this pan is a great deal.
