Never turned on
Brought this phone for a family member for overseas. Got there and phone would not turn on. Only came with cord no outlet plug. So disappointed because I have to wait some time to get it back and buy that time I can't even get a refund. Guess you get what you paid for, phone can not be used at allš«

Slow and laggy
The phone didn't really work. It wouldn't hold a charge, and battery would get really hot. The phone was slow on opening apps and would lag. The phone looks great but has a lot of enternal problems. Will be returning soon

To say you get what you pay for would be a over-statement. I've seen cheaper kids toys with more functionality. I get its cheap, but its not cheap enough is my point.

This phone is very old if you're looking for a new phone do not purchase this phone it was of no use to me and now I have to resell it to someone else
