I remember back when I was a kid, when it was bedtime I slept like a baby. As I gotten older not so much and on occasion need a sleep aide to even get 6 hours of sleep.I have tried melatonin before and it just never seem to work well for me. The ZQuil Ultra worked very well. I was able to get a good not sleep, didn't feel groggy when I woke up.Worked for me, might work for you. Good luckABM

This works well. The pill itself is very tiny and easy to consume. It will make you feel sleepy and tired but not force you to sleep until you want to. You won’t get addicted either it helps for nights when you can’t fall asleep.

These are phenomenal! I have been taking Zzzquil and I guess my body got adjusted to it. When I saw that they had a new product available, I jumped on it. These are great for overseas flights because I am finally able to sleep on the plane. I will probably not purchase these from Amazon again because I found them for a much better price at the commissary, but I am so happy that these are available. These are highly recommended in my opinion.

I’ve tried several over-the-counter sleep aids, and ZzzQuil has been one of the more reliable ones for me. Within about 20–30 minutes of taking it, I usually feel drowsy enough to fall asleep, and I don’t spend hours tossing and turning like I used to.The taste of the liquid is a bit strong (there are also capsules, which I prefer), and sometimes I wake up with a slight groggy feeling if I don’t get a full 7–8 hours of sleep. That said, the grogginess fades quickly, and it’s nothing compared to the restless nights I had before.I don’t use it every night, but on evenings when stress or a busy mind keeps me awake, ZzzQuil definitely helps me drift off. It’s a solid option for occasional sleepless nights, just don’t expect it to fix long-term sleep issues.

This product really works about 30 minutes or so after taking it, I get drowsy and start falling a sleep. After I'm a sleep I am able to wake up and go use the restroom in the middle of the night then fall right back to sleep afterwards. People that have sleep Insomnia or can't get back to sleep after waking up, or can't switch off their mind during the night that keeps them from have a restful night's sleep....need to use this product!! Only draw back I've noticed while taking this product, is that in the morning when I do need to get up and moving... I feel a little drowsy, maybe I should only take half a pill instead of one whole pill. Anyway the morning drowsiness usually goes away quickly when I get up and move around, take my shower and drink my cup of coffee then I am kicking and ready to go for the day. The only other draw back is how it's packaged, it's a little hard to get out of it individual package. I guess that's a safety feature, so really that's No Biggie for me, but it may be for others. But over all this is a Great product to help one get a good nights sleep. It's a small pill that packs a huge punch, so take with caution, and test what works best for you a half of pill or one whole pill, please do not take no more then one pill per night there are risk in taking this....so use caution and speak to your doctor first before taking any medication and especially if you have any health issues. I care for everyone out there so please use good judgement and be safe first and foremost. So in saying this, I would highly recommend this product.

I will relay my experience to save others from the same trouble.I have had a hard time getting enough sleep for several years. Ive tried a wide variety of products but nothing worked well. I decided to try this product due to the trusted Nyquil brand name.I used these pills over the course of 6 months daily and only had slightly increased sleep hours. I used as directed, did not do higher doses. The small improvement was ok, better than no improvement at all so I stayed on it.At the same time I began to have severe anxiety especially at night and felt depressed. I chalked this up due to general life stress. However, generally I am not a person who is depressed.Fast forward, despite nothing outwardly being wrong I became so depressed I began to try to isolate any cause. After trying a number of pills and supplements, I finally cut out these pills.Within 2 days I felt like my old self. The anxiety lowered to a moderate level I would associate with any normal stressful life situation. I stopped having night terrors. I felt optimisitic and could once again handle life's issues with logic and strategy.It was obvious these pills were the problem.I don't know if these pills caused a bad reaction due to other medication or herbs. But this experience was a literal nightmare for me and I suggest proceeding with caution. After being off of these pills for approx 1.5 months it's clear that was the problem.I have never had trouble with any other Nyquil item such as cold medicine day or night, or sleep aids.
