These are supposedly for adults and children, and I would have to say they are more along the lines of very small children perhaps? They were extremely tight to the point that I could see them actually breaking blood vessels in the nose. I did spread them out and bend them back-and-forth, and expecting them to crack, but they did not, they did seem to loosen up a little bit. I get that they need to be watertight, but this was a bit too much for an adult, and I have a fairly small nose.

Excellent nose plugs for swimming. Durable, comfortable and keeps water out of nose. Fits kids and grown-ups. This is the best pair of nose plugs I’ve ever used.

Great value, glad there was more than one, but it wasn't holding for my young chil

I've ordered 2 sets, the first ones broke after one season at the pool (like 6 of them) I don't know if it's how my sons are putting them on or what but the nose part (clear plastic) stretches and makes them not as useful and then one day they just snap. I ordered again because I haven't found anything that my young kids fit but they work, until they don't.

I was surprised by how well they fit. I usually have to work with plugs to get them to fit comfortably. These just fit comfortably on the first try.
