Difficulty in using it
It can't be used in flat position while cleaning solar panels. Really hard to find a good wet refill.

Missing parts - don't buy
Arrived with only one soft mop. I asked for a replacement, which came to with the same missing soft mop, and additionally the handle was bent. I had to cancel this order.
