Did anyone else experience their product forming chunks in it?

Yes. I've found it does clump if you don't mix it up thoroughly. The water gets in just enough to make those chunks. When I put it in a cup I add in first and then the water so it's at the bottom and gets broken up by the spoon. Most of the time I put it in a water bottle with ice and shake intensely.
