I've had this item for years and it's held up well and it makes washing my car much faster and easier. For $20 it's a good value

I like this item a lot and I found it to be very well made. Its construction is why I chose it over competitors here on Amazon. However, I was puzzled as to why the company does not sell replacement microfiber mop heads. I contacted the company directly and I received replies from two people. They flatly said they do not sell replacement heads. I suggested they look at the comments here on Amazon Andre people's frustrations with the lack of replacement mopheads. They were cordial, but I do not not expect them to cell mop heads by themselves in the future. I went hunting on my own and I did find a mop head that fits. However it is not as thick and it is not microfiber. It is acrylic. It fits really nicely and is inexpensive. I will try it out and I hope that it works as well as the microfiber one. Overall I like this item, but I think it's ridiculous to have to replace the entire telescoping handle and mop every time the mop head wears out. This is not customer-oriented in my opinion. I have posted a photograph of the item I purchased here on Amazon. I hope it helps others.

I had a similar one that the cleaning head seemed to be a better quality. This one works well however there are blue pieces of the head that come off.

Greatest washer to use and does a great job getting in the nooks and crannies! The variable extended handle makes it so much easier to wash roof or hood. Also, tried it washing the house siding. Did a tremendous job!

The microfiber mop head works really good. I like it better than some of the hairier square flat mop head designs because if you vehicle has a lot of contour lines and inset edge lines this mop head works perfect molding itself to the contour you're washing.I tried one of the flat hairy type microfiber mops and it was basically trying to mop the same body line contours with a flat iron. It didn't conform to the body panel lines well or the inset body panel lines and made it more time consuming than this mop head design.The extendable wand is also a plus when needed. I never had the issue like other mop poles unthreading while washing constantly from gripping the mop handle and washing in different directions.THE ONLY CON: I have with this mop head is that the elastic band that holds it to the mop head assy gets weak and slack over time causing it to come off half way when you dunk the mop in the soap bucket. I will say the slack in the elastic band took almost a season (almost 11 months in the South) worth of washing once a week to stretch it out. The microfiber mop head wash surface is still in useable condition if only the elastic band to hold it on didn't fail.I did buy another one of these microfiber spa mops so, if that tells you how well it works on the vehicles "body contour / lines only" you can rest assured the mop is a great buy for the price and the mop head elastic band, lasting almost a full year was money well worth spent.Also I never dry the vehicle with any type towel drying material. I only use a 120 mph electric leaf blower so no chances of swirl mark scratches if any dirt wasn't washed or rinsed off.

I needed a pole to help clean the roof of my SUV, and having to open the door and step inside my car to clean the roof was such a hassle! It made it difficult to clean on the other side as well.The microfiber was super soft and did a great job cleaning at the hard to get to places. The stick was super long when extended and it did a great job. Great value and making it easier to clean the roof.

This thing has been a real boon this retiree washing her own minivan. Finally it's actually *easy* to wash the roof, the *whole* roof.Not real sturdy, kind of light construction, but nothing broke.Update: The mop head failed at just before 3 years, the elastic failed and it won't stay on the head. No replacement heads makes this not really that great of a deal.Update 2: At about 5 years the plastic head broke where it connects to the pole. It's finally trash.

we used this on our truck and it worked well. cleaned out well also.

I bought this to replace my Simonize brand brush. Although this one is about 50% more expensive, I have to believe it will last twice as long if not longer. The oval shape of the brush works much better in my buckets than the rectangle shape of my old one. I’m happy and definitely would recommend.UPDATE Jan. '22: Wash glove did not survive it's second winter. The microfibre material is still in very good condition, unfortunately the elastic that holds it onto the wand has lost its stretch and the glove now slips off the wand when in use. The Carrand brand amazon site does not offer a specific replacement. Others have found polishing bonnets that apparently work.
