So I bought these as "pokey things", not so much as toothpicks. They're pretty pricey for toothpicks... Victorinox branded replacements are like $1 each, and no-brands are half that or less. These are about $3 each. But they are nicely made. The "pick" is supposedly Titanium (it is non-magnetic and strong), and the enclosure (stainless steel) is really a handle, since the "pick" is mounted into a reversible, threaded, stainless steel base that can be screwed back onto the enclosure.I mounted this on my keyring for every day carry, mostly for use as a useful "pokey thing" as needs arise (like pushing a thin string through an eyelet or maybe popping out a SIM card), and maybe as a toothpick, but I'd prefer plastic or wood for that.The "pick" isn't needle sharp, and can be pressed to a finger pretty hard without pain or puncture. O-rings help secure the pick when screwed into its enclosure tube either way. The enclosure also has a small, strong split ring to attach to your keyring.Five stars for being well made for what they are.... But just a bit expensive.

I hate it when restaurants don't provide any type of toothpicks (to be fair, most don't). But I really hate when food get stuck in your teeth and you can't dislodge it with your tongue.Enter this little beauty. Very compact and very nicely made. You can use only the pick part if you want, or you can turn the pick around and screw it into the sheath to double the overall length.One of these goes with me everywhere.

Works great and handy. It’s designed to unscrew then flip over and screw into its case but that’s a bit impractical when attached to a key chain. It’s a bit sharp at the pointy end so be careful or it could end up a tiny weapon.

This is soooo handy. I’m always getting stuff stuck in my teeth after eating out and this is compact and can be reused. Takes up hardly any room in a small purse.

I wouldn’t use these as tooth picks since the finish is not that smooth and they are a bit thicker than a regular toothpick. However, if you need a sharp and pointy tool for whatever, they work great for that. This is a product that is easy to carry since it’s small and can be easily unscrewed and broken down to be smaller but it’s definitely something that you would want to find what I call “off-label” uses for. It’s especially good at cleaning flow holes on glass tobacco holders.

I always have food stuck in between my teeth so I needed something I can keep with me for those moments . So far so good with this pick. Pretty good quality. I love how it smoothly screws in to make it longer toothpick. I carry it with my keys for easy access.

Bought this for my in law since I got tired of seeing him use the closest thing around for a toothpick. I ended up using the other one and it works better than a typical throw away. It weighs nothing and is very durable.
