I like that we can all as a family have this as it's suitable for both children and adults. It's 90 gummies which I feel is reasonably priced. It tastes very fruity and my little one lives having them. I am considering subscribing for a monthly supply which will inturn save me some money.

I’ve been taking these Vitamin C & Zinc gummies for about a month now as part of my growing daily gummy buffet. Like most vitamins, I can’t see any dramatic effects — but I’m told they help my body absorb iron better, and since I collect deficiencies like they’re Pokémon, I figured why not? The flavour is strong (like, citrus punch to the face strong), but not unpleasant, and the texture is nice and chewy.
