Must for milking cows

The seal of Jar was Open
The seal of Jar was little open and the packet inside was fully torned,I doubt of ulteration,if ulteration has happened it will be a great loss to me because my animal will not be prepared properly on time,and after atleast one month I will come to know, which I think a great loss of time and opportunity too...I wanted to sell the breeder next month and if the product is not as what I have ordered than I will be at financial loss... kindly help
