If you make two at a time, this is very nice to have
The Nomad doesn't really work with our old knock box, and we make two espressos at a time, so having an extra drawer is a must. The Nomad holds enough water to make two in a row, so why not have two drawers to use quickly before the water cools down. I'm also a little worried that I'll break the drawer somehow someday and having a backup will be important.
