This is high quality perilla seed oil for an anti-inflammatory diet, and this product has been reliable and consistent across 12+ bottles over the year I have used it. An additional bonus is the elegant glass bottle with an easy, slow-pour spout and stopper. The oil arrives well-packaged in a glass bottle within a cardboard box that is individually wrapped in layers of bubble-wrap and then placed in a larger box for delivery. In the more than 6 times I have ordered it, I have never received a broken or damaged product.

Using it for my skincare routine and drink one spoon at empty stomach in the morning!It is important to keep it refrigerated and sealed in a black plastic bag as the it is temperature sensitive. Shake well before using!

I found out the the lid doesn't close tightly. That means oil can expose in the air.I really love this oil, but can't return..

First time trying this oil and we love it. We're using it in low-temp cooking and salads. Found it suggested by Dr. Gundry - worth the price.

After 2 little bottle found bigger one. Just as good as the last 2 little bottle. Taste fresh and so good. The best quality. Really happy with this brand.
