Silicon sock is good but heel pad please avoid buying that.
Silicon shoe was alright but within two months of use the heel pad is split in to pieces which should not be the case in any way so as per this new review buy the silicon socks but not the heel pad and this comes from someone who is using heel pads from last three years.
