Mrs. Piggle Wiggle Updated
I bought this book and two others for my granddaughter's birthday. I scanned them over when they arrived and they looked enjoyable and up-to-date. I also have the Mrs. Piggle Wiggle books that I read to my own children when they were young. Written in the 1940's and 50's they definitely needed to be updated to be understandable by children today, 60 years later.

Love reading these to my son
Another excellent entry in the reboot series of the Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle stories from my childhood. There are some new family types in this book that make us very happy. The writing is superb--as a writer and editor myself, I can get bored and critical while reading some chapter books to my son, but I look forward to picking this up every night. I'm so glad Ann M. Martin brought these stories to life and am already looking forward to Book 4.

Another Magical Entry in the Piggle Wiggle Series
Another wonderful addition to the series! We LOVED the new Grubbermitt family. It is so important to us to expose our daughter to *all* types of families, including LGBTQIA+, to promote understanding, acceptance and kindness. These stories are truly magical - if you’re going to cause your child to miss out on the magic of Missy/Mrs Pigggle Wiggle because of backwards, hateful beliefs, that’s a shame!

Nice to see ties to Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle
These bring Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle up to date. Still, start with a the earlier books by Betty Mc. Donald!
