My first time using the I think it will take a little time to see if it helps. I took two the first day and they upset my stomach, so I take one in the Morning then in the afternoon that work for the upset stomach and must eat a little with them. the taste the first day when then they upset my stomach was really fishes.

I’ve taken these for several months, thought they were helping my back muscle pain, but they were not. It continues the same. However, my last blood test to check my lipid panel showed every thing increased drastically except the good cholesterol(HDL) it went down.
