No. Allegory doesn't use witch hazel either.

How long is it good for before using

Each bottle has a expiration date. Usually 2-3 years

My ink came without it’s tamper proof seal, it was open.. all the times I’ve ordered Allegory from the website they’ve always been sealed bottles?

I wouldn't use it. But that's just me.
