They must have a different measuring devise than I do, didn't come close to fitting my 22" net frame.

Fit my net frame perfect
I measured the diameter of the frame that held the torn net. Ordered this replacement and zippered it on easily. Fit perfectly. I have other Adamsbuilt products and like all of them.
