I ordered this because I have a different brand that’s a size medium. It helped was a bit big for my nose. I ordered this one hoping it worked it better. It helped me breathe throughout the night. Happy with my purchase.

I bought these on a desperate whim to work with my oral appliance for apnea with my doctor's approval of course. I am not a snorer on my side, but it just occurred to me one day when I was playing with the bridge of my nose that if I spread my nostrils it helps my breathing! So I gave them a whirl. Man, does this help a night! I am a nose breather naturally. I don't wake up with headaches anymore wearing these. They occasionally do feel uncomfortable, but after time, you'll realize it is because it was in wrong and you'll adjust. I also wondered how it didn't impede the airway it was trying to spread open, but somehow it doesn't restrict the airflow. I've only had it fall out once in 45+ days of use, its very possible I scratched my nose or hit it while sleeping as I sleep with my fist around my face, so it was likely my fault. If you feel like you could use a little more air through your nose, you should give this a try. Its inexpensive so it can't hurt. My doc also said it was safe for me to use with my CPAP on the nights I use it too.
