Great for practice
Grip is solid, feels like ur practicing with a Gi. Just wish the bands gave more resistance.But definantly a good purchase!

Great buy, needs better clips!
This product is awesome with the exception of the cheap small clips and it only comes with 2 for 4 grips. I ended up buying a set of larger stainless clips.
