I’ve never used one of these until now. I usually use it in the morning and then before bed. Definitely want to use some type of massage oil with it to make it massage smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I love this tool for my self massages. It’s a great tool definitely a good staple to have to massage your body. It helps to loosen any fat that you may have in your body and afraid to use after you work out. I believe you should apply some sort of massage oil so that when you use the brush on your body, there will b be no friction.
