Next level home made sourdough!!
Love this! I ordered this to avoid overly processed and overly sprayed wheat. This is much healthier than buying flour. I know where it comes from and it’s a clean product! The taste is nutty and fresh. I’ve used it in my sourdough, for breading meats for frying, and for baking. Very versatile! I like to leave them a little more course for bread! Cooks great for frying foods at a finer grain! So much you can use this for at a great price! Affordable and healthy!!

These wheat berries are delicious and I believe they are healthy in comparison to flour from the store that’s had all the good stuff removed so it can set on the shelf longer. Mill your own wheat and you get all the benefits of the whole grain and all the nutrients.

Good Find!
I've made several batches of sourdough sandwich bread using this wheat, and have only found one tiny hull on one berry. No rocks, debris or dirt have made themselves known to me at all. The berries are good and fresh and smell just lovely. The flavor of my bread is approved by humans and hens alike, and I feel like I got a really good deal. I will definitely buy again!

Grind it again!
Grind it again! May take a couple times. Makes for a heartier loaf of sourdough bread. If you don’t grind the berries enough, they tend to make the loaf heavy and dense.
