My husband was told about this product from his mother. He has severe high blood pressure issues. This tea has do e wonders for my blood pressure. I was in the upper ranges for about a year or so...started this tea about 3 months ago and have been consistently in the 120's/77-84 range now. Along WITH lifestyle changes to eating habits and walking 3x a week, drinking this twice a day has change my life.

I’ve been buying this tea for a while now, love it and helps me fall asleep quickly.

To start the tea has an okay taste, I had to add flavored creamer to help because the lavender gives it a very strong essential oils taste, but still drinkable for me. Day 2 of drinking 1 cup a day and I have one of the worst headaches I've ever had, it's to the point I'm beyond nauseous and if I move I'm heaving. 😔 (I get horrible headaches whenever I take multivitamins also, so I'm not sure if there is a connection with what vitamins these herbs give as they aren't listed) Didn't see a decrease in my BP but it's only been 2 days, I will be take at least a couple days off and then try again to see if headache reoccurres or if something else is triggering it.

This was recommended by a friend and at the time I was having bp Issues, switching medication’s, and having uncontrollable high readings. This tea helps me relax and calm down and lowers my blood pressure. I swear by this tea I think it’s the best thing that I’ve come across and it is a little pricey however I think that it’s worth it because it does exactly what it says it’s going to do, I drink it before bed and I add another chamomile tea to it. It’s an acquired taste but I’m used to it now and honestly it’s God sent.
