I’ve been really impressed with this post-workout drink so far. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor tastes much better than most recovery supplements I’ve tried — not overly sweet or chalky, and it mixes smoothly without clumps.I mainly wanted something with creatine that was simple and effective, and this checked all the boxes. I’ve noticed better recovery after workouts, less soreness the next day, and more consistent energy during training throughout the week. I also appreciate that it uses micronized creatine monohydrate, so it dissolves easily and doesn’t upset my stomach.Another big plus is the ingredient quality. It feels like a cleaner option compared to a lot of overly loaded post-workout drinks. Definitely worth trying if you want a solid recovery supplement that actually tastes good and supports muscle recovery and strength.

I love the taste and it does dissolve into my water well. I haven't taken it the last few days because I was out of town and I NOTICED. My muscles were sore after my work outs, like they haven't been in the longest time. My brain fog is back and I started getting headaches again yesterday because I was drinking too much plain water. I'm back at home and my order is coming today. I cannot wait to start taking it again because I just feel so much better from my workout recovery and my head is so much clearer when I take it regularly.

On my 2nd tub. Honestly love the flavor. It took awhile to notice a difference. Although I don’t physically see a difference, I feel the difference in my performance with working out. I don’t get as tired as quickly prior to taking this. I’m able to last my HIIT workouts a lot longer without feeling fatigued. The powder is easy to mix and I would say it tastes better with iced water. It’s a bit pricey, but I value what supplements to put in my body, don’t go cheap.

I choose this brand because its clean. I really enjoy the taste of the pink lemonade. It dissolves quick. I have been taking for 3 months and I'm definitely nothing the result. I recover faster and have more muscles growth. I would definitely recommend this product if your searching for a good creatine.

Legion is by far the best supplement line on the market in both quality and flavor. You'll pay for that, but it's a great value, and if you can afford it, it's well worth it.I can't afford it, so I don't use many Legion products, but at $35 for a two month supply, I feel okay about this one.My favorite flavor is the watermelon, but the strawberry lemonade flavor is great, too. I don't think you'll find a flavor you don't like.I notice a difference when I use this supplement. It isn't life changing, but I can knock out an extra rep or two each set, and over the course of several sets, day after day, it adds up. I've used a few different kinds of creatine and have never noticed increased performance as I do with Legion, so I now stick with Recharge.

For me personally it’s undrinkable. Idk if it’s the sweetener they use but it’s so sweet it makes me gag. I personally am not a fan of things that are overly sweet. I got strawberry lemonade thinking it would be a little tart like a real strawberry lemonade but that’s not the case. I couldn’t take more than two sips it was unbearable I wish I was exaggerating. I gave it 3 stars bc it’s not the company’s fault I don’t like it I’m just very particular with the taste of things. I’ll stick with flavorless creatine from now on.

I've been using LEGION's Recharge drink supplement for over 6 months now and noticed a significant difference in my ability to quickly recover from hard workouts (such as hot [>95F, >90% humidity] circuit training and long-distance running [e.g., >10 miles]). I no longer get muscle cramps or the dreaded second-day post-muscle soreness that I used to get when only drinking water to alleviate my thirst.I exercise every day, including 2 recovery days of just doing hot yoga, so having Recharge as part of my daily supplements has been a game-changer. Previously used MyProtein creatine and in comparison this product is far more enjoyable, the two previous creatines I have tried specifically from that other brand seemed to clump easily and had a consistent bit of powder floating throughout the drink. With this product the flavour is really tasty and the mixture with the recovery supplements is great. Will be buying again, noticed strength improvements already.

Good taste and nice ingredients. Doesn't desolve too nice in cold water so you need to use a shaker or add a little of warm water

The Product I received is beyond its best before date of March 2025. We are in April 2025!!!.This product is too expensive for this kind of poor delivery.
