The view is spectacular and divine, especially when the smoke starts rolling down and glides gently into the puddle below.I bought this Craftam™ decorative incense holder for Rs.274 (including the delivery charge), and it got delivered to me inside a box loaded with old newspapers to keep the item safe during the shipping process.POSITIVES:1. It's functional and visually stunning.2. You will get ten incense cones (black flow type).3. Compact size and design.4. Fast & friendly support.NEGATIVES:1. The paint job on the incense holder (Model: Black fountain) is inferior. It was not dried properly before the shipment process.2. Made of very cheap material. Do not recommend buying this. It starts stinking after a single use. The smoke and tar stick on it and stink up the room. the quality of the essence sticks given with it is also pathetically poor. Please buy a ceramic one. Don't buy this crappy plastic type material.

Smaller than one would expect, almost the size of my palm, poorly made such that the outer layer of the plastic body remains soft to the touch as if not completely set. Incense cones burn well, looks good, but the hot smoke that comes out melts the already soft plastic which then drips down, and remains a liquid. So it will sort of last till the 10 cones provided with it are used up, no meaning of buying extra cones after that.I just really wanted to have a smoke fountain, even though this is more like a use and throw kind of product, for me it satisfied that itch.

Smokey waterfall looks awesome and adds a beauty . Nice fragrance and the consistent flow makes it a must have product to increase the vibe of room aesthetically

The product doesn't look premium at all.. The finishing isn't great at all.. I wanted to give this as a gift but upon looking at the product, decided to give a chocolate instead.. The dhoop works okay..
