Depends how many toilets you have in your house. I use two monthly and have two toilets. So it's good to buy enough to last you for the year unless you prefer to split the purchase

SEPTIC GUY HAPPY!

I can only provide an honest answer by quoting the septic guy that came to pump out the system. His first reaction when opening the tank was " I see you use enzymes- no huge solid masses". We have been using Green Gobbler for many years, so I can only assume it works well. Septic tank guy was definitely impressed. Just as an aside comment, our system was overdue to be pumped by about 4 years. Not recommending the pump out delay, time just got away from me... i think the Green Gobbler enzymes probably helped to keep the system working even with my failure to do proper maintenance.
