The Science Fair is Freaky! A Branches Book (Eerie Elementary #4) (4)

My son is 9 and in 3rd grade and hates reading but LOVES this series! These are definitely some of the only books that we have found which he enjoys! One of the first times he read one he said “WHAT?! I’ve been reading for 20 minutes?! It only felt like 5!!!” Thank goodness! They have a very cute and imaginative story line! I feel like they would be suitable for all kids, especially those needing a slower transition to chapter books...they are chapter books, but they have a picture every 2-3 pages which my son loves! Great for 2nd and 3rd graders...or a higher level 1st grade reader!

My son is an avid reader and his three favorite series are Eerie Elementary, Captain Underpants, and My Big Fat Zombie Goldfish. He has read every book in Eerie Elementary that has come out so far and already asked me to preorder the next one. They are made for approximately 3rd grade reading level. He is in 1st grade but is advanced in reading from most of his fellow classmates.

The first thing that is awesome. The only way I could be with a lot is awesome!!..!. Edit on my list? Edit on your post?! I am missing something to say about this video and it will make it a second to see what happens if they have to be able and your best bet.

My second grader loves this series of books. I was trying to find a chapter book series which he would be interested in and which wasn't too difficult for him. Until he began reading this series, getting him to read was a bit of struggle. Now, he wants to read on his own all of the time and just loves this series. I'm so grateful I found these books (I've slowly bought almost all of them by now!). Highly recommend for a 2nd grade boy who hasn't quite found his interest in reading yet. At least try one an see how it goes - also get price on these books, cannot beat it!

I teach 5th grade and this book is definitely written for lower grade levels, but it has been a major hit with many of my more reluctant readers. The books are fun and suspenseful without being too scary. They are also short which gives reluctant readers success in a shorter time.

9 year old Reed told me he was done reading books without pictures... meaning the comic book style books. This was a nice compromise. Has pictures every few pages but still a normal style book. He likes these stories. It's an easy read.

Purchased for second grade students and is popular with all grade levels. Nice little book series.

My kid loves these. She’s in grade 3 and it helps her to get excited about reading.
