Can't say its perfect
Got one 6 months ago and despite hand washing and drying right after washing the metal on the underside rusts pretty quick. The silicone is ok, first 5 or 6 uses its good then it started to break down.

Perfect size and cute. I really like this.
I like the size of this one. And it’s cute. Easy to use. Perfect for picnics. Sharing cakes and I used it today by putting warm buttered slices of homemade banana bread in it and giving to my neighbors. They loved it.

Finally
It's good

Too cone shaped.
Edges of top portion are cone shaped, i.e. too close to the cake. The top cannot be easily fitted to the base without scraping the side of the cake and dislodging the icing. I'll replace with a cake carrier with straight edges.

Great little Bundt cake carrier
This is a good bang for your buck Bundt cake carrier. Nothin fancy but it works good. I made a Bundt cake and sent it home with my granddaughter in the carrier.

I love the silicone

Nice size cake cover/carrier.
The cake cover is an excellent size. It would cover most cakes you'd make. It's easy to clean. However, if you're making a solid cake, I wouldn't carry it without supporting the bottom.

Still does not maintain shape when baking bread
Previously had silicone bread pans that were rectangular, but when bread was baked in them they came out closer to round. Did not hold the rectangular shape. Though this with the metal would solve that problem, and it does . . almost . . .The top of the loaf holds it's shape, but the bottom still balloons out. At least tolerable . . . but not as claimed. The metal is rigid, but the silicone is too thin to hold it's shape.Would not recommend if you are fussy like me.

Practical and versatile domed cake carrier that's a great size...
I love this! It's a great size, so versatile, well made and functional. I most often make cakes using a pair of 20cm sandwich tins - whether a Victoria sponge, chocolate cake, lemon sponge or whatever. When I've transported cakes, I've tended to use a large tin lined with baking parchment and hoped for the best. If I've iced or covered a cake in buttercream, the decoration's often got damaged and has needed repairing on arrival - disappointing when I've spent time on a cake and it left my kitchen counter top looking perfect. This Amazon Basics Plastic Dome Cake Carrier has a 28cm diameter base and will easily fit cakes and other baked goods up to 23cm across - so no problems with elaborately decorated cakes or deep celebration cakes. Yes, it looks 'utility' but I'd suggest it has all you'd want from a cake carrier that's sturdy yet lightweight and will keep cakes fresh in transit. The transparent dome attaches to the red plastic base by means of 2 struts on either side of the base that fit into slots on the rim of the dome - simple but effective. A sturdy red carrying handle completes this practical, very useful item that's sure to please the home baker.I can't wait to use it with a Bundt cake. These look impressive anyway but the dome of this cake carrier takes the form of a Bundt cake so the 'reveal' would be still more impressive. So if you're after that 'fresh off the counter top' look when taking cakes to friends or to a party, this Amazon Basics Cake Carrier would be hard to beat. You can use the plastic base as a serving platter if desired. At time of writing, I was unaware of the price but Amazon Basics items I've bought previously have been consistently competitively well-priced, well designed and robust so I'd be happy to recommend it.

Quite large, a little thin but does it's job
Amazon Basics Plastic Dome Cake CarrierThe cake dome can be used for the transportation of cakes as well as for storage. The dome is made from clear plastic with the base being red in colour which is also plastic. The plastic is quite thin and lightweight, although the carrier does feel quite sturdy. The upper part of the base has a textured surface which should prevent the cake from sliding around. The upper dome has a rippled 'Jelly' pattern within the plastic which gives it an attractive appearance. This is quite large measuring 28cm across in total, it should house a 24cm cake which will allow for a small amount of air space around the sides. The dome is attached to the base by a plastic clip either side. This has a slender plastic carry handle on top which should be robust enough to take the weight of a cake.It appears to be quite well made and up to the job, although it is important to ensure both clips are securely locked in place or else you could end up with the base falling off when picked up by the handle. This is quite large so it will take up a lot of storage space within a cupboard. There currently is no price for this so I can't say if it's good value for money or not. I would say this is more a budget to mid-range product.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

23 cm red round cake pan
So the description states this is a:-Silicone round cake pan, 23 cm red round cake pan made with non-toxic, BPA-free, food-grade siliconeNon-stick, textured surface for quick clean up and easy food release; stain- and odour-resistant.So on the weekend we had a cook off, I used the silacon mould and my other half used a metal spring form cake tin. This one is silacon round shape with aSteel frame prevents it misshapen and dropping shell. So helps maintain structure for easyer to get in and out of the oven. Its very versatile because you can use it in the oven or freezer and also its dishwasher safe.I like the fact with a silicone mould you don't really need to Grease the mould. I do put a pieace of proof paper in the bottom, but I have done it without aswell since for a low fat cake. Both turned out the same. I did look up that"silicone is a heat insulator, which seemed to hinder leavening."The cake mix rose slower, and in the end, the cakes didn't rise as high, as the metal tin ones.I so really like it and used it many times for many different things. One thing I tried was a family pie. And that was suprise because it was very easy to make and get out of the mould, without adding any extra fat.
