Outsunny 4.6m Garden Parasol Double Sided Sun Umbrella

Love it, but too heavy to put in centre stand on my own. It looks really good when its up... good size & the quality is great. I do fold it down if its very windy.

This 4.5m parasol is very large and sturdy. You will definitely need an extremely heavy duty stand for it (ours is cast iron and is VERY heavy) and a large area to cover. Customer service was excellent. We’ve bought a cover for it as once up, you certainly won’t want to keep taking it down as it’s so big and bulky. Looks great quality. For the price, well worth it. Wind up mechanism, easy to use. The only issue I had was the courier they used as it was dropped over a wall into our garden with no confirmation that it had been delivered so it was in the garden for a day without our knowledge. May have been an issue if it had been pouring with rain. But the parasol is brilliant!

Why did you choose this product over others?: It was delivered yesterday, a day early. Easy to assemble, four bolts on the base and it come with a tiny spanner for that purpose. You then screw the pole to the top and then put the whole assembly into the base. The top is a little heavy but I was able to assemble it on my own but two would have made it much easier. For the price I paid, I was not expecting much, but it looks reasonably well made and is really big. The rectangular shape fits better on our patio than a large round parasol. It is so large with such a light weight base that my guess is wind will be an issue, and there is a warning in the instructions about that, so I will also get some weights for the base. Not had it long enough to comment on long term use

This canopy blocks out a wide area of the sun which is brilliant for the children to play underneath, it is very big but folds up small, very much like a single canopy, it’s very easy to put up and down and I love the bright colour, very happy with my purchase

Excellent product I have two. Need to put something on top of a heavy stand to hold it in wind, a few full flower pots will work. A bit heavy to screw to top to the bottom of the shaft but I just leave put together all summer and cover the top when it’s closed, works for me.

Was good for the price unfortunate used for one year got out for this year and one of the main stays plastic had broken on one side. So not happy. Three stars was for size and price quality unfortunately not Great.

Yes a great quality parasol at a good price

I've bought many parasols over the years. The quality varies hugely, so its nice when upon upacking this one, it is plain that for the money it s well made, easy to assemble and looks as though it will last more than one summer! The only gripe is that the pedestal upon which it sits its upto the job in even the lightest of winds, so my advice is to find a better 'foot' but one that is strong enough to hold down an extensive canopy. Or dig a purpose-built slot in the ground. Overall it wouldn't be advisable to leave it up in any sort of wind.
