Everything you need, one kit.
I am no expert and have very little experience in electrical but with fantastic support from the seller, I was able to easily build out 4 of these systems (after my initial confusion on the first).I think the key is a good volt meter (they never lie). This is how mine are setup: Make sure that your solar panels are coming in at 40v to the converter, then your battery bank are testing at/around 24v at each series and at the terminal before trying to turn on your system. For my application, I did have to purchase some 10/12 gauge terminal ends to connect the solar panels to the converter but no biggie.I found it a little confusing wiring the panels to the converter but the seller sent over a diagram and it worked. Still don't understand it though...Out of 4 systems (24 batteries) I did receive one bad battery. The seller has been nothing but helpful and I am more than confident they will replace the bad battery. My only hold up on buying these systems were the reviews on the customer service but I only experienced great support from this seller.Overall, great value for the money spent, great product.

Eco Worthy of being thrown directly in the trash
My solar controller will not stay on and will not recognize that the battery needs to be charged. It goes directly into standby mode and allows the battery to get dangerously low. If I'm lucky, it will start charging again the next day but usually I have to disconnect and reconnect the solar panels to get it to even turn on. Garbage product. I contacted customer support last weekend and still haven't heard back. At this point, I'm waiting for a better solar controller from a reputable company so I can actually use the system I just paid $2200 for. Do not buy Eco Worthy.Update: the solar controller has been replaced with a controller from a reputable company, but the battery died. Like, drained to 0% overnight when there was no load on it. So that's been replaced with 2 6v golf cart batteries. It still isn't charging correctly and I found out that the instructions are incorrect for how to wire the solar panels for use with a 12v battery - so it's been rewired in series-parralel for the correct voltage. The problem I'm having now is that the solar panels don't actually produce 200 watts each - they're labeled 195 watts and produce anywhere from 75 to 90 watts in an open field, on a cloudless day, in the desert. Still waiting for a response from Eco Worthy. I've ordered another 200 watt solar panel from a better company so that I can try to make enough power to keep my refrigerator running. This company is a scam! Oh yeah, and I had to replace the inverter because it doesn't read the voltage correctly - at any given moment it's off by anywhere from 0.2v all the way up to 1.1v.You read that correctly. In order to use this product I had to replace the charge controller, battery, inverter, and buy additional solar panels. All without any response from Eco Worthy.

Revised, originally not happy with this item.
Was contacted by them and they had me run some tests and take pictures of results. It is operating as it should. I recommend doing research before buying solar anything. I got a quick lesson and still learning.Original review: No response from the company. Easy enough to set up, however instead of 780 watts from 4 195 watt panels the most I can get out of them is 420 watts. I would have been better off buying used panels and pricing together a system from a real solar supply company. If I can return I will. I read another comment that said even though it was a prime listed product they were charged $500. I'll find out and update.

Perfect after-sales service
My hybrid inverter stopped working for some unknown reason. I only contacted them a few days ago to fix the problem and have already received a brand new replacement unit from them today. After replacing the old unit, the whole system worked fine. You cannot guarantee that all products are perfect, but your perfect after-sales service is still a guarantee of confidence. I will still buy their products in the future due to their perfect after sales service.

Do Not Buy From This Compsny!
I am a widow who lives on Social Security and I saved for a year to buy this product because in the description it said it would run my air conditioning in my travel trailer. I hired a professional electrician and paid him $600 to install it, and he informed me that it was not capable of running my air conditioning. After much back-and-forth with the seller, they refuse to pay shipping to return the product, even though it didn’t work as described. They kept telling me to have the electrician call them. I would’ve had to pay the electrician more money. I paid $800 to return the item to the seller. So for a $2000 product, I am out $1400. I will spend at least another summer with no air-conditioning while I try and save the money again. This was false advertisement. This product did not work as described. They will now be able to resell it to somebody else I don’t care.
